In this life, we "rarely" encounter a customer service representative that surpasses our expectations by surprise. Such was my interaction with a Rep Gina. To be emotional making this call into SuccessCE for assistance and guidance; is the "walking on high wires". Yet this Rep showed immense calm and warmth "through my emotional panic rant". The staff at Success CE is so patient it's unbelievable! Regardless of who you receive, they ALL are extremely knowledgeable and professional, courteous and polite. They must be used to working with seniors because they actually walked me through the process step by step. I highly recommend this company for all your continuing educational needs!

I am very satisfied with utilizing this resource for my continuing education requirements. The courses are easy to find, affordable and contain helpful information for what I am looking for. Nathan did an OUTSTANDING job walking me through the best way to fulfill my WI CE and CFP requirements. He outlined the courses I could take to minimize the number of courses needed (awesome!) and the order in which to take them to have one of the courses count toward both the CE and CFP.

Nathan was very polite, patient and professional. I know many times you only hear the negative comments from clients/customers. Because of that, I always like to pass on positive comments.
