Good port,Keep walking straight out of the port head down steps into the metro.Ticket machine inside.Can be dirty enough around Naples port,But one option can be used is metro to main station and train all the way out to Sorrento 1.30hr or so.2nd outside terminal on the left you can find the ferry’s they can bring up to capri sorrento etc.

We found the port staff very rude and unhelpful. While we were looking for the exit, my mother was shouted at by a very rude girl. The shop staff were very friendly and helpful which is why I’m giving 2 stars. The port itself is very conveniently located within walking distance of the town. However when you try to cross the road even with traffic lights or a zebra crossing, you take your life in your hands. We don’t plan to revisit any time soon and wouldn’t recommend it.

Good cruise port, the building itself has some interesting architecture. Very close to the ferry terminal and metro station as well.

Only downside is that the staff send you a weird route, they make you go upstairs and through the building which has all of their shops in to get to the exit. Confusing signage as well.
