When I enter room, I noticed the towel is dirty and it seems the cleaning person didn’t bother to change. The girl from front desk gave me new set.
The bed is too small for us, it’s like two small bed link together and there is a line hole in between.
Room 32 we stayed without view and the view is from the street, and it’s noisy if you open the window.

Unfortunately during our stay there is South American family with three boys aged 7-10 y/o. Very loud and scream, even brought the water gun playing in the pool without any respect to others, it seems the hotel didn’t do anything about it. And this really ruined my relaxation.
Location is fine, but only one side have view and other side is a road.
Breakfast is good, two girls work there are nice.
I don’t think I will be back, with one night over 200 euros, no view and the pool is noisy.

This little hotel was fantastic! Parking directly in the front of the hotel. The room with a beautiful view to the wineyards. Special thanks to Kristina for her great support. It was a pleasure beeing here!

Nice hotel with pool (though too cold for us to use in October) with good breakfast, but dinner requires some upgrade as not many dishes available and overall quality and level of service not matching 4 star rating

The hotel looks very nice, beautiful grounds, pool being prepared for the oncoming season.||Staff are very friendly & helpful.||Unfortunately our room was only made up for one person when the booking clearly stated two. Luckily the cleaner was there & gave us a second towel, later we noticed only 1 pair of slippers, we told reception and asked for another pair they would inform the cleaners {we use these as there is no carpet on the floor} none forthcoming even though our visit was for 3 nights. ||Rooms are std size, shower room small.||Nice breakfast, good selection, only hot dish was scrambled eggs, which were always cold during our stay.||If you want aircon, you need to speak to reception as they control the access there.|We had to ask, the second day we had to ask again as it had been turned off, third day left on. |The breakfast cook/waitress did an excellent job her food was delicious especially as she cooks and prepares. The sweet selection was outstanding. Job well done.||Located 25 min from Asti, a car is required.

This hotel is amazing. Huge room and everyone is very nice. Several of my requests were resolved immediately. Examples: I left my phone charger, but they were able to give it to me at the reception. I worked for a long time that day, but I wanted to have dinner. The lady was very nice, she prepared a very delicious dinner for me at the agreed time. And many little things. I will definitely come back to vacation with my family.

Check in staff didn’t even understand English. But polite. It’s not really worth the price. Room is very simple and do not even provide free water. When asked about the drinks in the room he said all chargeable but no price list. Small breakfast, nothing much but chef is kind and friendly.

Lovely hotel based in a gorgeous setting close to many winery’s.
The facilities were fantastic with a lot of thought obviously gone into everything.
Pool was great even though it was cool and raining we managed to sit outside a while.
The receptionist was very friendly on arrival, but the service wasn’t the best after that with slow service at the bar then a 10 minute wait to check out.
We didn’t get much sleep due to very noisy neighbours as we could hear everything. Not the hotels fault at all but soundproofing could have helped.
Breakfast was amazing! The tiramisu was out of this world.

Even though the visit to Canelli was more business than pleasure the stay at this hotel/resort made it seem more like a vacation. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well and ensured a very good night sleep. The room was spotless and cleaned daily very punctually. The breakfast is well appointed with anything you could possibly want. Healthly and quality foods were on hand. Three of the nights we stayed we stayed in for the evening to eat dinner. The menu provides for local dishes made with quality ingredients.

The property is located in a very scenic and quiet location even though it is located directly off the road into Canelli. Our room also had a very large balcony in which to enjoy the hills carpeted with vineyards. Truly a relaxing and uplifting view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information about the local sights and restaurants to visit. Our stay (almost two weeks) was without any problems whatsoever. We highly recommend this property to anybody visiting the area. A truly positive experience.
