店員さんの態度や対応についての口コミが多かったので、緊張しつつ入店。店内の構造としては、服が陳列されている前にビニールのパーテーションがあり、それをめくって服を見るめちゃくちゃ斬新な構造。これは新感覚すぎてびっくりしました笑　そして客の一挙手一投足を見ている店員(あくまで感覚)
かなり異空間です！

陳列されてるアイテム数は結構少ないです！

1人だと入りずらく、店員さんに話しかけずらい環境なのは確かですが、アイテムがめちゃくちゃカッコいい！そんで何も買ってないのに帰り際ありがとうごさいましたーって言われたのがなんか嬉しかったので星4つです！笑

欲しいアイテムはネットで決めてから行くのが良いと思います！

После большого количества прочитанных негативных отзывов по поводу консультантов, ожидала чего угодно, но персонал был милым, лишь поздоровался со мной, когда я вошла, и попрощался после, несмотря на то, что я ничего не приобрела.

Товаров действительно представлено мало, но сам магазин выглядит стильно, если вам просто хочется вживую увидеть единственный в мире оффлайн cav empt, то почему бы не сходить, тем более он расположен недалеко от основной массы магазинов этого района

The only Cavempt store in the world! Loved my first sweatshirt from them and I made my second Cavempt purchase today.

The man working there was nice but he left my passport face down in an “A” position to hold the page with the Japanese stamp (rather than just holding with a piece of paper or a mark), and left it there for a few minutes. I didn’t think much of it but the passport is quite bent now! Please be aware of this and be careful.

This is the first time I have felt such a strong urge to rate a place to let people know not to go here.

This is my second time at the physical Cav Empt store. I went again in hopes that I would meet a sales person who actually wanted to sell me this brand's clothing. The first time I went to Cav Empt it felt like I was visiting a morgue. Even standing outside the store I felt un-welcomed. I looked at the sales from outside trying to hint that I wasn't sure if the door was a push or pull because I did not want to be rude, and he just stared at me like I was a bug on the window. However, I persisted because I really like this brand. I ended up pulling on the door but I feel like any way you open the door the sales would look at you as if you opened it the wrong way. I walked in, bowed, and started to browse around. It was definitely not my attitude that caused them to treat me the way they did. I am not sure if it is because of the way I look, or if they just treat most customers like this. For reference, I am a Taiwanese woman with short dyed hair and the sales from 2023 and 2024 were both two men.

I find Cav Empt interesting and have always wanted to buy clothing from them. If you like this brand, please do NOT go to the physical store. They do NOT want you there. They act as if their clothes are worth more than you. Honestly, just kick me out at this point. It would have been better if they called me a rat, threw me cheese, and chased me out of the store. At least I would have gotten a piece of cheese. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in Japan and Asia as a whole.

I asked to try on some clothes in Japanese and was told that I should just try it on outside on the spot. When I asked if there was a fitting room they said yes. Confused, I asked if I could use the fitting room. They then told me that I was not allowed to take off my shirt. In short, they did not want the clothes to touch my skin. They did not want anything to do with me. They then proceeded to hand me a face cover and told me to use it. I do not wear makeup. Anyway, I used it because they insisted. I also asked if they had other sizes, as you normally do in clothing stores, and was told the pieces I wanted to try on were the only sizes left.

I have had my fair share of rude, racist, and homophobic encounters all around the world but never in Japan. I love Japan. But the sales in the Cav Empt store is an exception. I read some other low reviews and completely agree with them.

If you want to shop in Cav Empt, head up to the second floor and TURN LEFT AWAY FROM CAV EMPT into the glasses store. The sales in the glasses store are super nice and welcoming AND speak multiple languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. I went and got three pairs of amazing glasses and could even change the lens on the spot.

It’s gets a 5 from me cos if you like the clothes - then what more do u need ?
Zero attitude from the staff like people report - the guy serving me was nice and gave me some stickers and a look book
Grabbed two shirts and sweater - very happy with my purchase which I think will be a lot cheaper than I would have paid back in london

口コミが気になっていたが普通に穏やかに接客してくれて、気持ちよく買い物が出来た。自分の場合はたまたま欲しいサイズがあったので良かったが、恐らく基本的に人気で欠品が多いと思うので、ある程度ズバリ欲しいモノを決めておき、事前確認した上で行くと良いかと。マイナス1はちょっと駅から遠い分かりにくい場所で疲れたので。。
