Jack Duperoux very polite and professional person. He helped me with big issue that originally took off at Carrier CE in Prombroke. Charlie did not help with the parts that we needed and charge us for overnight shipping and we ended getting wrong parts he blamed on us tgat we provideed wrong part # but we provide Model and Serial numbers. He we asked twice if those parts belong to that serial # and he confirmed. But good thing I met Jack and was able to give me the new parts at the spot and everything was under warranty and we are very satisfied and happy with the service at Carrier CE Pompano Beach. Thanks Jack

This new location has not had the best of starts. Long lines. Slow computer systems. Not enough parking in the warehouse area. Don't be surprised if you are there for at least two hours if not more!
Lastly, after switching locations, they have gotten rid of their management, and it has not been the same. Todd was a beloved manager not only by the staff but, more importantly, by the consumers. I'm sure this will put a nasty taste into others' mouths as it did to mine.
This transition was shameful.

Today was my first time coming into Carrier, I came to do a warranty claim with no idea of what I was getting into. Jasmine, with her professionalism and awesome customer service skills was able to guide and instruct me Flawlessly. Whenever I come to Carrier I will be dealing with jasmine!

Terrible Customer service. No one ever has answers. As a contractor, you’re better off dealing with Trane or Gemaire for sure. 2022 unit under warranty and I’m still stuck paying for replacement parts. That’s not acceptable.

At this point I really don't like carrier any longer from the condenser design...and a few new ac in few different properties I have.always somthing with minor things....Rheem the way to go.i have in other property for the last 10 years...
WELL AFTER READING REVIEWS ID LOVE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS TO THIS WARRANTY EXCHANGE PART ON A BLOWER MOTOR.....BAD PARTS IN THESE LATE PRODUCT.AND IT AKWAYS BROKE ON WEEKENDS OR WHEN YOUR AWAY...I CANT WAIT TILL MONDAY AM ...

Never has parts in stock they are very rude here and trying to get a warranty honored is like pulling teeth. Been this way for 20 year. We never buy carrier unless its on a set of plans. And they are paying for bad reviews to be removed because i know i rated them before. And everyone i speak to in the industry says the same thing.

This message is for the Company's customer service department. No body should buy Carrier unit. I bought unit a year ago and unit went bad in almost one year. I have been without aircondition for last 10 days. Company is sending parts through ground delivery. First of a new unit like Carrier should not be going down. If it goes down within warranty period company should do everything possible to provide parts within 24 hours. It should never take more than 24 hours during summer time to deliver.
