Swiss Air quality of service: only 1 functional counter out of 6 declared, while some hundreds of people were waiting - each of them have paid about 900 USD for their trip (LAX to Zurich).

Wat een slechte luchtvaartmaatschappij. Grondpersoneel incapabel. Vliegtuig personeel onbeschoft. Niet reageren als je iets besteld. Niet reageren als je dankjewel zegt. Niet reageren als je het vliegtuig verlaat en gedag zegt (personeel stond al op telefoon, inclusief piloot, te appen). Zelden zoiets meegemaakt en dat terwijl we vanaf Amsterdam (met overstap Zurich) naar Bangkok zijn gevlogen. Grootste drama is het niet aankomen van een koffer. Dan stopt het contact en de service. Het verklaart waarom men zich bij Swiss zo kan gedragen. Bijna twee weken op het vinden van de koffer moeten wachten (immers na drie weken wordt het betalen en wat wil men niet). Tot overmaat van ramp nul reacties op vragen. Swiss je moet je diep schamen. Ja, we zijn maar een kleine klant (het is immers maar 6000 euro aan tickets), maar dat je het onfatsoen hebt om niet eens te reageren en mensen te updaten zegt alles. Jammer, dat we er nog mee terug moeten. We kijken er nu al naar uit. 🥲🥲🥲

This is the biggest excuse for a flagship airline. Not only did they deny my rightful law to compensation for a completely avoidable 5 hr delay under EU261, but when I tried to get mileage credit for the flight flown they claimed I was a no show! I am premier United customer (partner airline) and United tried contacting them 4 times to credit my miles, and they denied me every single time saying I was a 'no show'. I called their support 4 times they said there is no record on their end saying I was a no-show, however when I try to get miles for my flight they claim I was a no-show. What a complete joke I will never fly this airline again. Worse than Frontier!

We were booked on SwissAir from LAX to Zurich in business class and we had our boarding passes already. Then SwissAir sent us a notice that our flight had been rebooked to an earlier time. So then we had to rush to pack, and we had the Uber on the way. And THEN, SwissAir sent us ANOTHER notice, stating that our flight had been rebooked to a time LATER than the original flight, but for the NEXT DAY! We had appointments, and this just would not work. Not only that, but they bumped us out of business and into Economy, which won't work with my back condition on such a long flight. I will NEVER use SwissAir again, because they slap you around, stress you out, and make your trip miserable. Can't rate them a big, fat, zero stars.

The BEST all time airline experience! We had a cozy spot for our 10 1/2 hour international flight. Nice pillow and blanket and care kit with toothbrush, toothpaste, eye mask, socks in a Swiss army style tin. There was great entertainment available, and the food and drink offerings were excellent. Service was top notch! Two people on each aisle. No cross the row passing. Two meals, several beverage offerings, no unneeded announcements from the staff.

Swiss Air lost my luggage and not one of them are helping me find it. Going on 5 weeks later. No apology, no compensation, nothing. The worst airline I’ve ever flown business with.
